Maximum results are achieved as Preston Coaches connect individual development objectives to corporate goals; something not feasible in a classroom setting. Our expert customization ensures relevancy and applicability in every engagement. Typical 1:1 coaching sessions are held
2X per month (virtually or on-site) over a 3, 6, 9 or 12-month timeframe – and include unlimited e-mail and telephone support.

Multi-Leader Coordinated Coaching
