Preston Partner Coach Jan Austin is our 5 Dynamics assessment provider. 5 Dynamics is an innovative suite of tools that enable individuals to use knowledge of their personal energy dynamics to optimize the way they get work done and how they collaborate with others. Because 5 Dynamics assesses energy dynamics, not personality, people’s attention is shifted away from personality differences and onto common goals. 5 Dynamics directly addresses the question of who can contribute what and how in order to accomplish important goals. Moreover, 5 Dynamics demystifies the human side of process improvement. As people’s understanding of process and process strengths expands, they naturally discover where and how they can make their best contributions in their jobs, on the team, and to the organization.
