Watson-Glaser
The Watson-Glaser Critical Thinking Appraisal is designed to measure an individual's critical thinking skills. These skills are vital in many management and professional positions in which it is important to be able to analyze issues, define problems, formulate relevant hypothesis, obtain solutions, and make sound decisions.
Wesman
The Wesman Personnel Classification Test is used to measure an important aspect of general mental ability -verbal reasoning. The assessment measures both the ability to reason through analogy and the perception of verbal relationships. The Wesman is useful for evaluating an individual’s potential for success in positions that require skill in manipulating verbal concepts. Such positions include sales, management, or executive-level roles.

The California Psychological Inventory™ 434 (CPI™ 434)

The Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation–
Behavior® (FIRO-B®) Assessment
The Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation–Behavior® (FIRO-B®) assessment helps people understand their own behavior and that of others in interpersonal situations. For more than 40 years, it has been used around the world to clarify human interactions in both business and personal situations. It explores three basic interpersonal needs (Inclusion, Control, and Affection) along two dimensions (Expressed and Wanted).

The Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI)
The Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) is the world’s best-selling instrument for conflict resolution. The 30-item, forced-choice inventory identifies a person’s preferred conflict-handling mode, or style, and provides detailed information about how he or she can effectively use all five modes -competing, collaborating, compromising, avoiding, and accommodating.
