Pamela uses her operational experience as a business owner to help her clients develop their own unique, practical and thoughtful approaches to leadership, managing change and succession planning. She has conducted numerous strategic planning retreats for corporations and nonprofits. She is adept at competency development, diversity and inclusion strategies, assessments, and team development. Pamela is also an accomplished presenter in the areas of Using Emotional Intelligence for Inspired Leadership, Leading Diverse Teams, and Leading Effective Geographically-Dispersed Teams.

Prior to becoming a leadership consultant in 1994, Pamela founded and was president of Tours de Force Events, Ltd., a company that produced motivational events and incentives for corporations and associations. She led a high performance team though growth of 15% in annual revenues for 12 years before selling her company to a star employee.
