Personal Theory and Philosophy of Coaching
I believe coaching is a collaborative and pragmatic relationship that integrates leadership development and strategic business priorities. I provide a supportive partnership which cultivates a client’s unique leadership style and presence; assisting them to come from a place of strength to increase their contributions. I help leaders face their dilemmas and encourage them to transfer their learning into results for the organization through a customized combination of deep questioning, goal clarification, gap analysis, vision/value/self-awareness examination and a variety of leadership best practices. My coaching style is characterized by thoughtful intensity, energizing interactions, caring, wisdom, intuition and deep listening.
