Executives need a safe, confidential place to seek guidance, vent, talk through issues and gain perspective. I provide a safe, confidential environment where leaders can be vulnerable, express themselves and then get into action with highly targeted action steps. My approach is to encourage introspection that helps the leader regain focus and objectivity. I pride myself on asking the right questions, providing powerful insights and helping leaders gain new, more powerful perspectives. My goal for them is to “lead from the platform”, my term for removing emotions and ego, making decisions objectively and communicating assertively.
