Personal Theory and Philosophy of Coaching
I believe coaching can make the difference between intentional vs unintentional leadership. Having a coach as a trusted partner provides a sounding board, an accountability source, a voice of encouragement and new perspectives when realities seem overwhelming or hopeless. I admire those who take on coaching as some of the strongest, most committed, most talented leaders I’ve met for it takes strength, commitment and confidence to remain open and vulnerable in a learning conversation when the world often urges us to protect and defend. I offer clients a safe forum in which to learn from their experience, and to create their future with conscious intention and clarity.
