Personal Theory and Philosophy of Coaching
I view coaching as a collaborative relationship intended to help people be the best that they possibly can. I offer 100% encouragement, and a blend of extremely strong psychological understanding underpinning 30 years solid business experience in both UK Government and a leading global IT Services provider. I use models, tools and techniques derived from both recent discoveries in the field of neuroscience and evidence based practice from intensely researched cognitive behavioral models.

I pay particular attention to helping clients to develop stretching goals that are both measurable and inspirational, assisting them to explore and uncover new ways of thinking, feeling and behaving in support of those goals. I support them to both acknowledge their strengths and also identify the unhelpful themes and patterns that block their progress towards their desired outcomes.
