For example, Christine is particularly specialized in supporting executives in transition to and from Germany and the United States. In this area her products and services are well rounded through incorporation of the client’s individual competencies and own cultural values working on awareness for the “new” cultural dimensions of the culture the client will be working in.

Strengthening competencies and leadership skills; working on key elements of communication, motivating employees, employee interview, giving feedback. Enabled supervisor to successfully finish next assessment center and was nominated for further promotion.
• Intercultural communication: Managing Director of off-highway Company working with an international team on major organizational changes. Details for various cultural backgrounds enabled Managing Director to implement different ways of communication and adjust to work preferences; enhanced internal project communication; supported team to meet deadline after one month of jeopardizing the final result of the project.
