Prior to that she served in management at a non-profit health care company and taught technical and communication skills to helicopter pilots. Personal Theory and Philosophy of Coaching
Coaching is a partnership rooted in honor and respect for the coachee, based on the development needs of the coachee as defined by the client (organization), the coachee and the coach. I work with the objectives, values and expectations of the client and the strengths, skills and resources of the coachee to fulfill the coaching assignment. ROI is usually noticeable in the coachee’s leadership skills, level of engagement, increased productivity, bottom-line results and enhanced people and management skills. Coaching is the all important step between theory and implementation. My experience has taught me that people don’t know what they don’t know. When they know, they’re usually eager to make changes and grow both personally and professionally.
