Prior to that he served as Quality Engineer and Manufacturing Development Engineer for seven years in a global manufacturing company. |

Through the process of coaching, clients deepen their learning, improve their performance, and enhance their quality of life. I follow the principles of evidence based coaching, which involves using the best existing theoretical and researched knowledge, in combination with my personal coaching skills and knowledge of the client, to develop and deliver an effective coaching engagement. The coaching relationship is based on trust and confidentiality, and the process involves creating awareness, designing actions, planning and goal setting, and managing progress and accountability.
