Personal Theory and Philosophy of Coaching
Coaching is a designed partnership, a relationship that involves sharing knowledge, observations, information and distinctions while providing a structure for rapid growth. My role is to assist the client in quickly uncovering the gaps and behaviors that are obstacles to the client’s performance and leadership effectiveness. I provide observations, distinctions, frameworks, and models that are catalysts to shift the client’s old views and patterns. I support the client in leveraging their existing skills as the foundation for building new skills and new patterns of behavior. I challenge the client to new levels of excellence.
