Personal Theory and Philosophy of Coaching

I view coaching as a powerful partnership rooted in mutual respect that supports individuals to apply the skills, values and behaviors that enable them to make their best contributions. I employ frameworks, concepts and principles drawn from behavioral science and leadership best practices to support clients’ enhanced leadership effectiveness. I affirm my clients’ strengths and support them to leverage their strengths in their chosen roles. Through a process of deeper exploration, I support clients to challenge their thinking when it holds them back, access powerful language for managing nuanced or complex interactions and engage the courage of their convictions when making difficult decisions or influencing important stakeholders.
